We read everything. If you are reporting a problem, telling us your device and iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened, gets it fixed a lot faster.
ROTGRADE is a hill-climb driving game. You get one road, one tank of fuel, and a landscape of broken ground between you and the next fuel drum. Six maps, six vehicles, and four upgrade tracks.
My progress disappeared. Progress is stored on the device. Deleting the app, or clearing its data, clears your coins, upgrades and unlocked maps with it.
I bought coins and they have not arrived. Open the garage and tap Restore Purchases. If they are still missing, email us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
I paid to remove ads and still see them. Remove Ads suppresses the ads that interrupt you. Rewarded videos — the ones you choose to watch for a bonus — stay, because they are always opt-in. Tap Restore Purchases if interstitials come back.
Maps are locked. Maps open as your best distance grows. The requirement is printed on the locked card.
There is no sound. Check the silent switch on the side of your iPhone, then the sound setting in the game's own settings screen.
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us as well if something went wrong — it usually means there is a bug worth fixing.
Your game progress stays on your device. The game shows advertising, and you are asked for your tracking preference the first time it comes up — you can change that at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
